Our client is a creative agency that's on a mission to wake up snooze-fest brand messaging. They shout “CUT” to emotionless copy and make their clients the main character through binge-worthy brand storytelling.

When we were approached for a strategic partnership to collaborate on a project for a financial services provider, our team were eager and excited to deliver.

Our client and team split responsibilities and quickly approached the project with an unmatched enthusiasm. With three businesses involved in the project delivery process, it was important that project coordination was given paramount attention, ensuring that all parties were able to iterate without friction or delays.

The Discovery Agency were responsible for working with the client's team to develop a business-defining brand and a fully functioning website.

The project was primarily managed by the client, in partnership with the financial services business.

The website project was undertaken with a logical and systematic approach that allowed the team to build a website with an extremely-limited amount of assets. It was also built based off the brand and experience guidelines, as well as reference images taken from the UI & UX team.

The website design also gave deep consideration to the customer journey by replanning the information architecture. We also implemented user tracking, SEO-best practice and website relaunch safeguarding to avoid loss in SEO/SEM authority.

In addition to the web deliverables, we were responsible for many of the design assets to be included in the brand guidelines as well as template files for the client to use across many of the marketing channels (email, social, content, web and more).
