Head of Marketing

As our Head of Marketing, you'll be instrumental in building and executing integrated marketing strategies across our diverse portfolio of clients. When clients articulate their needs, you'll be a first-responder with your versatility and experience to begin developing a solution.

Whilst you'll have plenty of expertise on hand to make your plans a reality (from graphic designers and web developers, to SEO wizards and copywriters) you'll also be expected to know your stuff and get stuck in where necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Assist in creating and managing integrated campaigns, across a multi-discipline team for a variety of marketing channels
  • Be able to take a business requirement from an agency client from ideation, through to execution, deployment and measurement
  • Manage a team of 3 employees and a preferred supplier list of agencies and contractors
  • Manage marketing budgets in conjunction with annual plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging a concerted effort
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Assist in managing relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing
  • Broach channel and tactical experience such as content marketing, paid media, direct marketing, PR, SEO, lead nurturing and more
  • Line management experience providing guidance and mentoring support to account managers and account executive
  • Implement and measure online/offline marketing plans to maximise business opportunities, aligning with client business objectives.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in Marketing or similar career
  • Years of Head of Marketing experience, particularly in agency settings
  • A track record of leading high-performing marketing teams and achieving remarkable results in the premium dining or hospitality industry.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
