Graphic Designer

Starting with the hypotheses to project briefs, you'll be responsible for taking the project through to a tangible and exceptional outcome. You'll be expected to collaborate closely with the wider marketing & design team to find the best way to deliver client work, informing your decisions based on client feedback in an iterative way. With the nature of a marketing agency, you'll need to be prepared and versatile to tackle anything from branding, to digital media, to packaging, and everything beyond.

Details

  • Collaborate with clients and the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs that meet client objectives.
  • Understanding industry specifications of nets, bleed, crop, format, colour modes, and more.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Use graphic design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to produce visually appealing designs.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate modern design techniques and trends into projects.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver designs within established timelines and budgets.
  • Provide creative input and suggestions during brainstorming sessions and project kickoffs.
  • Ensure all designs are optimized for various formats and platforms, including web, mobile, and print.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure the final output is error-free and meets the highest standards.
  • Work closely with copywriters, photographers, and other team members to create cohesive and engaging marketing materials.
  • Adapt and modify existing designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
  • Assist in the production of videos and multimedia content when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Professional Adobe Photoshop experience
  • Understanding of branding and marketing collateral
  • Basic knowledge of agency processes
  • Understanding principles of graphic design
  • A keen eye for professional and stand-out flare
  • A practical understanding of setting up documents for digital and print

  • Good written and verbal communications skills
  • Possess excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Strong relationship building and collaboration skills
  • Good project and time-management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong task ownership
